It's really nice when you go into a dealer who has the perfect car other than the color on sale for a really good price and is able to come through with even a slightly better deal for a car they find at a dealer from across the state that, too, is the perfect car including the desired color. It's always a great experience working with the sales staff, but the biggest factor is probably the service we are provided while owning and operating the vehicle. We've had a Murano and are now on our second Pathfinder SL. These have been truly exception vehicles and we'll be looking at getting a new one in 3 or 4 years. More

It was extremely windy and cold the day we purchased our vehicle. CJ and Eric had the Titan that I was looking at pulled into the shop so that I wouldn't have to stand in the wind and the cold. After purchasing the Titan, they pulled the car that I was trading into the shop so that I could remove a car seat and our other belongings. MJ made the financing and paperwork process enjoyable. Amazing customer service and friendly staff. We will definitely be buying our next Nissan at Jackie Cooper. More

First car buying experience I just got my first car, we walked up to the door and JC was there to greet us. took us back to see what they had in my budget and when I decided on s I just got my first car, we walked up to the door and JC was there to greet us. took us back to see what they had in my budget and when I decided on some cars to check out, he went and got the keys. The first car I looked at ended up being the one I got, once I drove around a little bit I decided that was the car that I wanted. JC and Eric made the whole process as easy as possible (considering I had no idea what I was doing). Once I decided on the car the whole process was pretty simple though a little bit stressful on my end. They did gave me all of the information in ways that even I could understand. the final leg was financing. That was made simple and kinda fun thanks to Tony (I think that was his name, sorry if I got it wrong) he was fun to talk to and explained everything to me and made me very confident in my options. Thanks to these people I will recommend Jackie Cooper Nissan to anybody who needs a car. They made My first car buying experience a memorable one. More

I had reviewed the invento The staff at Jackie Cooper went above and beyond my expectations by far. This is a well run and organized dealership. I had reviewed the inventory online and knew the vehicle I wanted. I contacted the dealership by phone before making the trip there and spoke to Joseph. He was very helpful as I explained that I wanted a particular vehicle but couldn't make it for several hours. He checked to make sure the vehicle was still available and by the time I arrived, it was pulled up to the front with a note on the dash saying it was reserved for me. Wow!!! Our salesman, JC, was courteous, knowledgeable and very personable. He answered all my questions and didn't brush off anything detail I wanted to discuss. He went over all of the features on my new vehicle. He showed us the service area and explained the process of bringing my new vehicle in for servicing. He even offered us refreshments several times since we were there through dinner time. My financing terms were fair and it didn't take a bunch of unnecessary haggling to get there. MJ handled our financing and he was great to deal with. Nihad had me laughing as the process progressed. He wasn't my salesman but he has a great personality and added a lot of humor to the experience. I am extremely pleased with this dealership. I would highly recommend anyone who is thinking about buying a Nissan to go here first and bypass any of the lesser dealerships in the area. More
