I was in talks with many Ford dealerships around Tampa Bay via email. I then began to visit each dealership to see what they had to offer. I was in the market for a 2014 F150 and knew what package I wante Bay via email. I then began to visit each dealership to see what they had to offer. I was in the market for a 2014 F150 and knew what package I wanted. I was just still on the fence on the color I wanted. I was pre-financed and knew what reasonable value my trade was worth. Brandon Ford via emails from JC Clements, had probably one of the best offers that I received. I was just struggling on getting replies on what colors they actual had on the lot. I was able to meet up with JC when he finally answered my call (left messages never called back). JC showed me a gray F150 with the package I wanted, the only catch, it was one of the colors I eliminated. JC did not seem too interested in showing me anything else, i.e. selling me on anything else and also stated that the price would go up if he had to get it from another dealership ( in past experience, other dealerships were more than happy to provide that level customer service without additional cost to the customer). Next, we decided to see what he would offer for my trade. JC was $1000.00 less then what I was already offered and $1800.00 less then what I actually received from another Bay area dealership. JC then gave me a price that was his bottom line price, no wiggle room whatsoever. WOW... not even close!!!! JC did not even want to negotiate and could really care less if I bought a car from him. My wife and I were serious on purchasing a truck that day, we had our draft from our bank and all the documents we needed to close the deal. Long story a little short, JC told me at least 3 times that he had 21 years in selling cars but was probably the worst salesmen I ever attempted to do business with. Brandon Ford states that they won't be undersold and give the best trade value. They were the highest in price and offered the worst trade in amount in Tampa Bay. I ended up saving $3,000 in total at Elder Ford and they had the color I wanted on the lot the next day at no additional charge to me. I even got bedliner put in for free so the truck was therefore better then the truck that was basically pushed on me at Brandon Ford. I will never go back and if they don't believe it, I will show them the invoice. Don't waste your money or time and do your homework, it obviously pays off. More

The price of the truck was good however, I was displeased with the trade in offer I was given for my vehicle. I should have received double what I was offered. That offset the "great deal" I got on my truc with the trade in offer I was given for my vehicle. I should have received double what I was offered. That offset the "great deal" I got on my truck. Not to mention I stroked Brandon Ford a check for 37K. Therefore, I think the salesman could have given me more for my trade in that he did. Other than that it was an overall satisfying experience. I would recommend Brandon Ford to my friends and would definitely buy from JC again! More

JC Clements made this dream come true...I love this truck. I went to Jarrett Scott, Lakeland Ford,Gator Ford, Sarosota Ford, and even called and emailed other Ford dealerships (as far as Miami) trying truck. I went to Jarrett Scott, Lakeland Ford,Gator Ford, Sarosota Ford, and even called and emailed other Ford dealerships (as far as Miami) trying to get the right truck I wanted(Gray or Black appearance package with Ecoboost) with the right price..Brandon Ford won my business hands down. It has been a real pleasure! More
