Hello, My name is John Paul Cruz, but everyone calls me J.P. I was born in Bronx, N.Y. C. then lived my teen years in Youngstown Ohio. As an adult in lived in Pittsburgh, Pa. and moved to Jacksonville, July 2017 and I love it. I;m a father of a 17 yr old teenager, who is my heart and my beautiful finance Shari. I've been in the car industry for over 10 yrs and 7 yrs with Toyota, which I consider the best vehicle on the market for the money. Yes I am a Toyota Guy. We had an amazing experience with JP Cruz! He made our whole experience quick and painless! He went over the owners manual and linked my phone to the vehicle before we left the lot. JP then called Monday whole experience quick and painless! He went over the owners manual and linked my phone to the vehicle before we left the lot. JP Cruz was generally helpful. JP was helpful with my recent purchase of a 2019 RAV4. I could have used more assistance with the electronics on this vehicle and part of the proble JP was helpful with my recent purchase of a 2019 RAV4. I could have used more assistance with the electronics on this vehicle and part of the problem was availability to spend time helping me. Initially the assistant (not JP) was in a hurry to leave so he rushed thru the orientation. The finance dept. can loosing paperwork so I had to re-submit a couple of times. Eventually they got it right. JP was not part of this and worked hard to coordinate information requirements.. And he was very helpful in getting the car I needed including switching from an order for a Highlander to the RAV4. And he definitely showed an interest in my situation. Easy Lease JP was very accommodating on getting me in to test drive vehicles. I am in sales and had to cancel a few appointments with him as my customers changed JP was very accommodating on getting me in to test drive vehicles. I am in sales and had to cancel a few appointments with him as my customers changed their scheduling. JP understood and when I did come in, we had the lease wrapped up in under 1.5 hours. Great experience! Came to help my mother in law buy a used car and ended up buying a new 4runner for myself as well.
