Delightful experience Peter Olsen helped me in a warm, caring and understanding manner. It was no hassle for him to bring 3 cars to the door for me to see, to take me for a drive explaining all the workings of the vehicle to me as well as answering all my questions in a respectful, easy-going way. His humour and attentiveness made the time fly as he negotiated a good deal for me, saw that I had all the correct payments in place, made ICBC registration available to me and helped me move everything from my trade-in car to my new car so I could drive off feeling like a million dollars! What service! More

They went out of their way to secure my financing and meet my needs. At no time did I feel any pressure or your typical 'car salesman' tactics. Staff were all very friendly and professional - even the clerk at the front desk. I love my new Mustang 5.0 and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Key West Ford to others looking to purchase a Ford or other vehicle at their dealership. More

First contact with Robert Klaus was prompt and informative an My experience purchasing a 2019 Ford Transit Connect from this dealership was excellent. First contact with Robert Klaus was prompt and informative and all additional correspondence was respectful and professional. Robert gives car dealers a good name - honest, personable and completely transparent, never pushy or overbearing. During our conversation on price and trade-in, Robert and Sales Manger, Wes, worked really hard to give me the best deal they could on my trade-in. They doubled other trade-in offers that i had received from other dealerships. We found a newer vehicle in my price range and a fair trade-in value and made a deal. I traveled from Vancouver Island to complete the deal and Robert came in on his day off to see me personally. Everyone in the dealership was helpful, friendly, honest and professional. They were a pleasure to deal with. I wasn't sure what to expect without having a final deal in place before I left the island, but they were good to their word and we concluded our business as we discussed on the phone.
