Mo gave me freedom to search through the cars freely until I found one I really liked and was interested in. He worked with me and gave me all the information about the car. Then when I decided to get the car he constantly worked with the manger to make a deal happen and make both parties happy and satisfied. Second day: (Perhaps, weak ethics on display, when we returned to close the deal.) Only after (not before) we agreed on final, negotiated sale price, did salesman mention that car was in an accident. First day: Salesman kept asking (several times) what country that I am from. He asked that question many times. Finally, I told him that I was from earth. That was a very annoying experience. Next, he has not returned my call about the license plate issue, as he has promised. I need to transfer the plate, but the tax collector has stated that it is still pending on Ferman's side. Salesman has promised to look into it... I still give him a 5 out of 5 (He did a decent job with the car selection process). As for the sales manager, I did not meet him, though I saw him walk by our station (shy, too busy, or he just does not care?), but I give him 5 out of 5 for speed of feedback on price, while negotiating with salesman. Finally, Finance Mgr, exhibited effective soft skills, but was weak on ethics (12% interest rate, original offer). He gave the impression that he was preying on us (because we are Black?)... I still give him a 5 out of 5 (transaction speed and soft skills) As for the dealership, even though I gave 5 out of 5, my overall impression was genuinely a 2.5 out of 5 because of a lack of attention to details, even if it is a used 2017 Toyota Corolla: The car that we have purchased has a defective interior reading light bulb on the front overhead console, car was in an accident, as per carfax, (evidence of coolant leaks on driver side in engine compartment, scratched bumper, and very noisy front brakes). Josh was excellent, showed integrity and made the process really smooth. However, after the purchase I had a issue with some of the lighting. After spending almost 50k on a fairly new truck I was disappointe really smooth. However, after the purchase I had a issue with some of the lighting. After spending almost 50k on a fairly new truck I was disappointed to see that a issue this serious occurred not even 1 day of owning the vehicle. My headlights, tail lights and all exterior lights did not work - which is extremely dangerous and illegal to drive. I attempted to contact the dealer multiple times and spoke with a couple sales managers. They promised to call me back, but never received a call and tried to follow up and all I got was voicemails. I got the issue resolved at a local Ford dealer but the lack of communication from management is disheartening, especially when purchasing a 50k truck in this economy I expected better service. More
