Great place to buy a new car. Finally, a new car dealership and sales staff that gets it! During April 2014, my wife and I purchased two new Honda Accords from Ken Garff Riverd Finally, a new car dealership and sales staff that gets it! During April 2014, my wife and I purchased two new Honda Accords from Ken Garff Riverdale Utah. We only intended to buy one, however an inattentive driver slammed into the back of our new Honda while we were stopped at a red traffic light, creating a need to replace it with another. My wife and I were very appreciative that we were in our new Honda Accord, with the 5 Star Safety Rating, on the day of the accident. We both remarked that we believe we would have suffered extensive injury had the Accord not protected us as well as it did. Our original sales team consisting of Tyler Briscoe, David Jacoby and Isaac Maw were so helpful, professional, honest and efficient with the process of purchasing our first new Accord that when the first was wrecked in the accident, there was no question about returning to Ken Garff to purchase a replacement. I made one phone call to Tyler Briscoe, explained the circumstances and asked if he would be willing to replace my Accord with a new one at the same price and finance rate as we had paid for the first one. Tyler was very sympathetic to our situation and assured me that he would have a brand new, exact duplicate vehicle ready for us, whenever we were prepared to drive to the dealership and pick it up. I called Tyler in the morning a few days later and told him that we were ready to replace our wrecked Accord and asked how soon he could have the replacement ready. Tyler said he would have our new car ready and waiting for us that afternoon. The bottom line: I’ve never had a better experience purchasing 2 new cars. My first contact with Ken Garff Riverdale was with Tyler Briscoe. I had sent an email request to Ken Garff and two other Honda dealerships, requesting a quote and Tyler Briscoe called me that same morning , gave me a great out-the-door price and made arrangements for me to meet with his sales partner, David Jacoby. It’s interesting that of the three Honda Dealers that I emailed, I never even received an email or phone response from the other two, and one of them is less than a mile from my home. My wife and I met with David Jacoby at the appointed time, he had everything ready, walked us through the purchase process, introduced us to Isaac Maw, who quickly and professionally arranged the paperwork and loan information and had us ready to drive away in a few short minutes. Isaac Maw is amazing with the complex piles of paperwork, forms, financing and signatures required to buy a new car. His friendly, professional and patient approach made the experience easy to understand and we found ourselves surprised at how fast and simple the entire process was for us. I’ve never seen a more organized, efficient and friendly closing process. My wife loves her new Accord and we really appreciate Tyler Briscoe, David Jacoby and Isaac Maw as well as the rest of the staff at Ken Garff Riverdale, Utah for all they have done to give us a great price, excellent and compassionate service. We intend to return to them for all of our future purchases and service and recommend them highly. More

Love my New Pilot it has been my dream car for a while now and thanks to Ryan who did a great job of showing me why i made a great decision on selecting a Pilot! Sorry to say ryan but Honda sold me the car you just reassured me! :0) He wasent pushy like those other dealerships can be he has a great sense of humor! Especially all his stories about how hes ran out of gas on a test drives especially the one where he still made a sale on a park bench! you know you have a great sales man when you feel like its easy to talk to and not feel like your getting talked at. To be honest this is not my first time going to Kengraff but my last expirence made me scared to set foot in this place again! Unlike that guy Ryan didnt try to sell me a car i didnt want! thanks Ryan oh Issac was awsome also so but i didnt get any cool stories... Maybe next time More

Sometimes in life you are given a struggle in order to see how good you are. I think that was what happened with me this past week at Ken Garff Honda Riverdale. I had a couple of what I now see were unfortunate things happen during my purchase of a new CRV for my wife. I think that the majority of the struggles were do to the fact that I was dealing with a very nice young salesman who was quite new and maybe didn't know all the things that I had presented to him. The great and amazing part was that when I went back to discuss the concerns that I was having with the finance manager Issac Maw I was pleasantly surprised by his responsiveness to my concerns and his genuine interest in making sure that I was happy with my purchase. He even went so far as to bring in the General Manager JJ Wilkinson and to make sure that my concerns were properly addressed and that I was happy. What started out to be a situation that I was less than happy about turned into one where I have the up most confidence in the dealership and there ability to serve me for years to come. I would have no problem recommending them and there dealership to anyone looking for a new Honda. More

Our visit to Ken Garff in Riverdale was primarily to drive a new Honda Pilot. It was literally the first day of our search for a new vehicle and we had no intention to buy right away. We had just come f drive a new Honda Pilot. It was literally the first day of our search for a new vehicle and we had no intention to buy right away. We had just come from a credit union parking lot car sale where we had looked at several vehicles, but they did not have any Honda Pilots which we were most interested in. We felt like we had to drive a Pilot before making a decision on anything else. We arrived at the Ken Garff dealership and were introduced to Richard Wilson who showed as a new Pilot and answered all our questions. We were quite impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle. He accompanied us on our test drive and pointed out many of the great features of the Pilot. We returned to the dealership and Richard introduced us to Jason Williams who answered some additional questions regarding the special Honda financing terms. It was Jason who had us take a look at a 2010 Pilot that was available for sale. We were on a limited time schedule that day so did not have time to drive the 2010 Pilot, but it looked very clean. Neither Richard or Jason pressured us at all to make a sale, but were pleasantly friendly and considerate. We left the business and at home did some on-line research relative to the 2010 Pilot we were shown. Based on our research we concluded that the Pilot was a very good value and we requested a formal quote via the internet. We promptly received a reply quotation. An evening commitment prevented us from returning to the dealership right away, but in checking with Jason he indicated that they were usually still there until 7:30PM. We agreed to return to the dealership later that night and Jason said he would wait for us. We returned at approximately 7:45 and found Jason and Richard waiting for us. Richard attended to all our needs and we closed the deal on the 2010 Pilot. Richard stayed with us the whole time and Isaac Maw stayed late as well to draw up all the paperwork. My wife got to drive the Pilot home and Richard took the time to make sure she was comfortable with all the controls particularly the lights since it was well after dark when we left. Customer service after the sale has been great as well. We noticed a small interior trim piece was missing the next day and it was gladly ordered with no complaint and easily installed. We were also provided with a CarFax report on the vehicle which helped assure us that the Pilot did not have any mechanical issues and had been well maintained by the previous owner. We found the whole experience at Ken Garff, Riverdale to be very pleasant, very different from what we had anticipated We would definitely recommend a Ken Garff dealership to our friends and acquaintances.
