most of the people were professional and pleasant to deal with except one of the salespersons, malcolm. he entered the negotiation of the price of the car with a bad attitude. he repeatedly asked me personal with except one of the salespersons, malcolm. he entered the negotiation of the price of the car with a bad attitude. he repeatedly asked me personal questions about why i couldn’t pay more for the car. he seems to not understand the nature of negotiation. when it became clear that the rebates i was promised for leasing a hybrid car was already included in the price, i felt strongly about getting a better deal. he simply could have rejected my offer rather than trying be presumptuous about my income and condescending. it was extremely unprofessional. it made the experience really unpleasant despite friendly service from everyone else (especially jonathan, sal and irvin). I also looked hard at other dealerships for our new car and this was by far the best place in terms of the salespeople and all around experience.
