My buying experience at Capitaleurocars Tallahassee FL. I received a prompt and courteous response to my initial inquirey regarding the vehicle I found on their web page on Friday nigjt.. Keith Millron call I received a prompt and courteous response to my initial inquirey regarding the vehicle I found on their web page on Friday nigjt.. Keith Millron called me early saturday morning and set up an appointment for me on saturday afternoon. Within a span of three hours I traded for the vehicle that I wanted.. Everyone at Capitaleurocars that I dealt with was courteous and very helpful. Keith Millron was the client rep that I worked with. He seemed genuinly interested that I received the best deal that I could get. Keith was helpful in helping me understand the financial ramifications of purchasing an automobile. Mandy Barnard was couterous and professional in her work. John Spay stopped by to say hello and presented his card should I need help with servicing the vehicle. This is the second car that I purchased from Capitaleurocars. I like the way I was treated. More

I'm not a typical customer that takes the time to write reviews. I'm stating that first because I want anyone that reads my review to know that I'm so satisfied with the service that Ian Wyre provid write reviews. I'm stating that first because I want anyone that reads my review to know that I'm so satisfied with the service that Ian Wyre provides when my daughter has a need for service, that it is so exceptional, that I'm compelled to write a review. Imagine what it's like to have a teenager that is 4 hours away, and there is a problem with the car she/he drives. Needless to say, as a parent, your heart stops with worry and concern that your child is somewhere stranded and alone. Anyway, Ian has been such a wonderful extension to my wife and I, even though he didn't know it, because he has always been great with helping her and of course the service and care the entire team provides to the car, is beyond wonderful. It makes it really easy knowing that you can send your teenager to a place that won't take advantage of her youth and inexperience. If you ever have a need, which I can understand that most, if not all, of us dislike dealing with the upkeep of our vehicles, it's a downer, but we have to as that's the way it works. Feel comfortable going to Capital BMW Service Center and if you're fortunate enough to have Ian Wyre, as your Service Consultant, you're in GREAT hands. I've never met the man but being a man myself, and I'm not a warm and fuzzy one about anything but my wife and kids, he makes me feel that there is hope in the world of service. Thanks for everything you do for people like me Ian and my family so appreciates the care and concern you've provided to our daughter during her every BMW service needs. Thank you. More

We limped into Capital BMW with almost no power (pulling our Airstream Trailer)! It was 4:30 pm and closing time. Ian greeted us with a big smile and immediately sprang into action. He arranged for a technician to stay late to analyze the problem. We required a part which had to be ordered. We asked if we could spend the night in our trailer in the parking lot ( having no way to get to a hotel. Ian parked out trailer in a suitable location. As we emerged from the trailer the next morning Ian greeted us with a big smile and the good news that the part had been delivered!! We were astonished at such prompt service. Within no time the car was ready. Ian also arranged to have the fluids checked and the tire pressure. Very reassuring for two women on a 4 month road trip far from home. I also mentioned that our keys were not functioning very efficiently - he quickly replaced the batteries- no charge. We were amazed at the level of service - incredibly friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to have my car serviced here except it's a long drive to Tallahassee from Toronto!! Thank you Ian - you were truly a godsend for two damsels in distress. More

The service at Capitol BMW of Tallahassee was really great. First, my service Adviser Ian Wyre is very professional.
