No time wasting. Rob , Travis partner is more than willing to make things move here. A winning combination. Especially if you experience other dealers on how they try to set you up and just waste your time. Steve Deason is one there helpful sale person here . He made me feel very comfortable through the time when was conducting my business here. That's what I'll remember when leave here. Good experience. He provided us with test drives and we were extremely impressed by the way he kept us up to date on our vehicle from ordering, thru the entire build process, letting us know the day it was built to the morning they loaded it for shipment and the afternoon when it arrived! The actual deal was easy and we arrived at our numbers without any drama, no stress. At the time of picking up our vehicle they showed us an array of extended warranties and optional products, but did not push or apply any pressure to purchase them. I appreciate that because it allows me to have a better relationship, feeling i"m not being pressured to purchase options I haven't checked out and thought thru. Ian went way beyond expectations of what I have normally experienced buying a new vehicle. This was a fun purchase and I look forward to doing future business with Chevrolet of Naperville. More

New car purchase I originally walked in to the dealership to take a quick test drive in a type of vehicle I had not previously considered. The salesman, Ian Lachman, quickly determined what was important to me in a vehicle and located a strong possibility on the lot. We made an appointment for me to return to test drive it. When I returned, Ian not only had that vehicle ready for a test drive, he has also located a lower cost model for my consideration that matched some items on my "want" list. After driving both, I was able to choose the best one for me. I don't remember a dealership giving me unexpected options like this before. I highly recommend Ian Lachlan and Chevrolet of Naperville. More
