At each point in the sale process, he made sure I was comfortable and took the time to ensure my needs were addressed. Plus, he made the experience fun the whole time. I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. Additionally, Ray is a fantastic sales manager who keeps the conversation going and atmosphere light while Ian works on the details. Together, they made my experience at Pine Belt a great one. I absolutely recommend visiting Pine Belt if you are considering a Subaru. More

Great Experience So, you know how nerve-wracking it can be to buy a car. It's often an Us vs Them experience. I had read reviews of Pine Belt Subaru before shopping t So, you know how nerve-wracking it can be to buy a car. It's often an Us vs Them experience. I had read reviews of Pine Belt Subaru before shopping there, and it just seemed to have a different vibe. I went there today looking for a Subaru Outback. I had an appointment set up to meet Ray, the sales manager, and before I arrived there was a friendly video on my phone from Ray, holding an umbrella and standing in the rain next to an Outback he'd had brought out of inventory because it matched just what I had had texted I was looking for. Note this: the car had just what I had said I wanted! He didn't try to upsell me something with more bells and whistles and a bigger price tag. Already I was liking this... Ray introduced me to Ian, the salesman who would go with me for a test drive and answer all my questions. Ian was so refreshing- likeable, low-key, knowledgeable, with not a hint of pressure. I loved the Outback, and it came time to talk price. I had done my homework, but without any drama they offered me the car at a very reasonable price. Rob, the financial guy, took me through payment options... again without trying to steer me into anything I didn't want. My car buying experience couldn't have gone better. The different vibe is real. If you're interested in a Subaru, this is the place to shop! More

Best experience with a salesperson and dealership! I had been putting off shopping for a new car for several years because I felt it would be too intimidating and full of too much pressure!! As soon a I had been putting off shopping for a new car for several years because I felt it would be too intimidating and full of too much pressure!! As soon as we pulled into the lot, we were greeted by Ian Giroux - otherwise known as "Iggy". Within a moment, I knew that he was going to be someone I could trust to find the right car for me!! Iggy really listened to what I was looking for in a car and went above and beyond to help me find the car we bought!! It took quite a while for me to try out the different models - either by sitting in them in the showroom or going for test drives. Iggy's knowledge of all of the models and packages was exceptional!! He patiently explained all of the "bells and whistles" with the Forester that we purchased. I couldn't be more impressed with his ability to explain all of the features! The atmosphere in the showroom was awesome - all of the employees were so nice - offering us refreshments and making sure were were comfortable as we completed our transaction. The finance department, service department and office staff were professional and friendly. So if you are someone looking for a great car, great dealership and a superior salesperson - you will be very pleased with Subaru Forester, Pine Belt Subaru Lakewood and most importantly, Ian "Iggy" Giroux! More

Ian Giroux is the man. Decided it was time for a new car. Not just any car but the 2017 Subaru STI. Went to Pinebelt Subaru since I heard nothing but great reviews and deals Decided it was time for a new car. Not just any car but the 2017 Subaru STI. Went to Pinebelt Subaru since I heard nothing but great reviews and deals. I was greeted by "Iggy" and he took action at finding me my dream car. There was no pressure thru out the process and was the quickest deal. I was in and out within an hour time. Iggy was able to answer every question about my new car, was well educated on the vechiles he sells probably due to the love he has just like myself for Subarus. Even after handing me the keys to my new STI he sat down with me and showed me the features and how to use them. Almost one week later he still reached out to me to see how everything is. He isn't the "normal" sales man us consumers are fearing of. More
