My experience with Hyrum was for the most part very good. My issue is with the person that I was told would go over the "legal paperwork" Not sure what his name was but all he did was try to sell extended w My issue is with the person that I was told would go over the "legal paperwork" Not sure what his name was but all he did was try to sell extended warranties. His approach was high pressure and assumed that I have not looked into warranties available from dealers or the internet. His comments like "you sure don't want to take care of your car do you". He assumes that I did not check with my insurance before I purchased. His demeanor was offensive and rude. After I declined to purchase, he rushed out of his office and did not go over any paperwork. Hyrum had to complete the paperwork. It is unfortunate that that kind of selling is still a part of the automobile experience and that contributes to why car buying has a poor reputation. More
