My family and I have purchased two vehicles now with Howie. His knowledge and skill is beyond what I have ever experienced. Buying a car is (as we all know) not always pleasant. However, both my experiences were so positive and they go to great lengths to divert that stress elsewhere. Mike and Orlando were extremely efficient and knowledgeable hands down. I also have to praise those in the service department. They were thorough and I even got a ride to work. I would recommend them to anyone! The stress of buying a car in this day and age is hard enough. Motion Kia exceeded their job titles and made our experience light and actually a good experience. Thank you Motion Kia!!! More

Kia stepped up and did everything they could to get me loaner when my engine seized due to the Kia engine issue. it took about 10 days to get me a loaner which was unfortunate because I had to pay for a loaner when my engine seized due to the Kia engine issue. it took about 10 days to get me a loaner which was unfortunate because I had to pay for a loaner for 10 days but they did move me up the loaner list due to my situation because i needed car to get back and forth to work. I do think that with the rate of these engine failures that should either have more loaners or at least partner with a loaner company. My new engine warranty is only 12 months or 12,000 miles so i wish that was longer. I did look to try and get into another car and use that time to get into a new Kia since we've had 5 cars from them between my immediate family nd a a total of 10 with extended family but we weren't able to come to an agreement which was unfortunate. I feel there was more room for negotiation but they wouldn't budge. I'd hat for this to me my last kia but its definitely a possibility. i was hoping for more customer loyalty after 10 cars. More
