WORST DEAL EVER! ! They sold me a Grand Cherokee, low miles, great condition. The moment I’m going to jump on it, “it has a recall”, no problem, “you will get a loane ! They sold me a Grand Cherokee, low miles, great condition. The moment I’m going to jump on it, “it has a recall”, no problem, “you will get a loaner car brand new for a couple of days”. They took my license plate and “saved it in the draw” while my car was ready. I came to pick up my car and they just gave me another plate!!! Just like that. What?? My plate was a golf plate, this one is a regular one. Where is my plate? “Somebody stole it”. Really, and you want to give me another just like that??? Where is the police report. They don’t have it. Until I said the deal was off the table, they agree on send me a new golf plate. THIS IS NOT THE WORST. The next week I got the loan information from the bank and Surprise!! The used car I bought for $36,000 now is a $51,000 debt??What??? My sales person said my trade in loan will be take care without a problem. I owed $22k and the actual trade in was $19k. I had the Carmax appraisal for $21k. What!!! Yes $2k less. Then he said the “Installed Arrigo Autoadvantage” that is a warranty cost was a mandatory one if I want it the car….$2,995!!! Today talking with my bank they said that that is not a mandatory warranty… basically they lied upfront to just get more money. Then they charged $803.85 non tax fees plus $998 doc fees. $7k down my friends. Then the GAP and the bumper to bumper warranty were the only amounts that had some logic. I just want to return this car and never hear from them again. DON’T BUY A CAR HERE - THEY ONLY LIE And my plate is still a paper one!! More

My new vehicle was given to me with a gas tank slap on empty. Also there’s a hidden 3000 dollar up charge for services rendered on vehicle which includes paint correction, my vehicle did not have such wor empty. Our experience with this dealership was great until we paid for our vehicle. The salesman was helpful and was responsive during the negotiation and sales process. We agreed that we would send a wire to pa paid for our vehicle. The salesman was helpful and was responsive during the negotiation and sales process. We agreed that we would send a wire to pay for our vehicle only to learn that the dealership could not find our money. While the staff tried to do everything they could to resolve the problem, nothing was done until my wife and I found a way to fix the problem. Turns out that there is an accounting department that is responsible for receiving payments by wire, and then notifying the dealership. The payment has been received. We drove approximately two hours to go pick the vehicle up after confirming that everything was ready to go only to leave the dealership without the vehicle because no one could find our payment by wire. This was on a Friday. We were told that the accounting department would reopen the following Monday and that we would hear something soon there after. By noon, we had spoken with the sales person, and the management staff, and no one could find our payment. Thankfully, my wife was able to find the accounting department, confirm that the wire had been received, and then double back to the dealership to make sure that the vehicle could be released. While the on-site sales staff and the management team treated us very cordially, something is wrong when a dealership receives payment in full for a vehicle and can’t find the payment or release the vehicle. While I can certainly understand that this may not be the way a dealership generally conducts its business operations, this was our experience. More

Herman was professional, helpful, and patient in finding our Wrangler. He looked up what Wranglers were on order and if any met what we were looking for. Thankfully we were able to find a Wrangler.
