I have had nothing but great service from Camelback Ford Lincoln since I moved to Arizona. I moved here in December 2019. Took my Lincoln Continental to them by recommendation of a friend. I must say they are top notch in customer service and delivery. So, it was without question that I sought them for the purchase of my next vehicle. I cannot be more pleased with the help and service they have provided in getting me into my new Ford Raptor. The time they took in setting everything up and making my transition go without a hitch was awesome. I highly recommend them to all my friends. More

Always perform an in depth search I was interested in buying one of the used vehicles listed for sale. I ran the VIN and saw several photos of the vehicle from other dealership cache l I was interested in buying one of the used vehicles listed for sale. I ran the VIN and saw several photos of the vehicle from other dealership cache listings from the past few years, as well as the photos from when the dealership took the vehicle in on trade before it had gone through reconditioning. All photos showed the vehicle with tint already on the windows. Going through TrueCar, I was provided with a price breakdown which included a $499 charge for window tinting. I submitted a question asking why there is a charge to tint the windows when the windows already had tint. This was the response: "The $499 charge includes the life time warranty on the tint, which protects you from fading, bubbling or peeling. This is not a mandatory option, it may be deleted if you are not interested in it." For some reason this seems to be a very common practice with large local dealerships. To charge for a service that will not be performed, because the service was already performed several years ago. I’m not sure why this considered an acceptable business practice, and not considered being purposely deceitful to consumers. If I had gone through with purchase of the vehicle, I'm 100% convinced that I would have been charged for a service that had already been performed years ago. It only makes me wonder what other deceitful practices this dealership engages in to try and defraud consumers. Eric made this the best car buying experience EVER!!! Eric made this one of the easiest purchases I have ever made and I had a blast doing it!! He gave me options and information without any pressure at all. His #1 concern was that I fall in love the vehicle I was leasing and he did everything in his power to make that happen AND I DID!! He is incredibly knowledgeable about every feature on every vehicle and so wonderful to work with =) I love my new Explorer ST, she is amazing!!! This was by far the BEST, EASIEST and totally comfortable car buying experience I have ever had!!! Eric is a ROCK STAR, a true sales professional and the most amazing human!! (he has a TON of awards on his wall that say so). I am not kidding when I tell you it was easy, I was at the dealership for 2 hours tops... I could honestly go on and on, it was that great!! Best Salesman! I have been happy with my experience at Camelback Ford for years. I don't even live nearby and choose to shop and get all my service done at CBF. I have to say my experience working with Eric Steffes greatly surmounted my already high expectations!! What a wonderful asset to CBF he is! He met me and right away was attentive (but not pushy) to my needs. He communicated with me for weeks before I actually went down to purchase and did so in a straightforward way. No games. When it came time for the actual purchase, he made my experience fun and got me what I wanted both vehiclewise and pricewise! He has followed through and continued to offer his help in the event I have any questions. Top-notch customer service. I also was impressed how well he worked with other CBF salesmen. He will get my continued business in the future and I will not hesitate recommending him to others. 10 out of 10 stars in my book! More

Nice !! From the moment I first contacted this dealership I knew they were the ones who would earn my business. I was given a fair price on a new Mustang over the phone by Tony Evasco, and when I showed up there the next day he greeted me in a friendly manner, and repeated the offer he had emailed me verbatim. I agreed and he introduced me to Francisco Moreno, who was to walk me through the rest of the purchase. Francisco was very efficient, helpful, and interested in making my buying experience pleasurable. Everything went very smoothly every step of the way. Once I had completed the deal in the finance department, Francisco was right there to walk me to my new car, go over the features and operation again, and answer a few questions. I drove home to Prescott area a happy camper. One last comment. I was made to feel comfortable there by everyone, and left feeling very positive about the whole experience. I totally recommend this Dealership and if you go there looking to buy, ask for Francisco. You will not be disappointed. More
