Key word is “inept”. Everything was late Salesman couldn’t find the demo for twenty minutes. Delivery appointment was late and car not ready. When car was delivered at 7:30 pm at my house (origal appointment was for 3pm “but try to be there thirty minutes early - I was - “”for paperwork “.I was informed that there no time for orientation as the dealership closes at 8. Subsequent briefing was rescheduled and missed next day due to a “broken shoe”. Finally was taken care of the next day by a very pleasant Justin. I’m still not happy that the car won’t pair with my garage but other than that I think I will enjoy the car. My experience at Smythe however has not been the wonderful experience one expects with a new car but is rather on a par with a tooth extraction at the dentist. More

I thought I knew Volvos well from driving it constantly, but he showed us how to work the many system improvements AND helped us learn features that we never knew before!
