I had a great experience at Smythe Volvo. Jesus was terrific every step of the way... from helping me through my indecisiveness between buying/leasing - as well as my uncertainty between seda Jesus was terrific every step of the way... from helping me through my indecisiveness between buying/leasing - as well as my uncertainty between sedan/SUV. I went into Smythe a little worn down from other dealerships - and Jesus made the car process easy and painless, which I didn't think was actually possible. He has a customer for life. I highly recommend! More

Alon was friendly, courteous and professional. The showroom was clean and receptionist was friendly. Henry, the tech guy that helped set up my phone and show me how to operate the controls was ve The showroom was clean and receptionist was friendly. Henry, the tech guy that helped set up my phone and show me how to operate the controls was very helpful. One item to improve is communicating up front before signing the papers that volvo does not allow any tolerance for minor dings, scratches etc. BMW, Acura and Subuaru allow for this. More

Everyone is genuinely courteous and friendly and willing to take time with us. There were no pressure tactics either. Henry in particular took considerable time explaining many of the functions.
