It was such a pleasure buying our new Volvo XC60 (in denim blue with a blonde interior) at Smythe Volvo in Summit, NJ. Kyle Jackson was our Sales Consultant- so very professional, knowledgeable and ami denim blue with a blonde interior) at Smythe Volvo in Summit, NJ. Kyle Jackson was our Sales Consultant- so very professional, knowledgeable and amicable! We went to a number of dealerships and Kyle was the one sales person who never pressured us and he gave us the best deal! He also gave a good trade-in allowance for our old SUV. David Mensah, the delivery specialist, taught us everything about the our new vehicle and made sure two seniors knew how to use the advanced technologies that comes with it. We were introduced to the Asst Service Manager, David Ferrence, who assured we will be in great hands when we need servicing. We had a good experience with the Finance Manager as well. We highly recommend Smythe Volvo- a family owned business that treats you as family! We also LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our New Volvo XC60 and recommend it as well. Thanks so much to Kyle and the rest of the Smythe Volvo team for all their help and guidance in buying our XC60!! More
