Bought a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek on 3/18/24 from Henry Puliusz at Dean Team. He was fantastic to work with. Not pushy but friendly knowledgeable and very helpful. I did some research looking for cars that were safe, low maintenance and had longevity. Dean Team was our first experience with Subaru and frankly I wasn’t sure I would like it. Was I wrong. Henry pointed us in the direction of the Subaru Crosstrek because of its size, when I mentioned I was curious about an SUV model. The car we test drove “fit me like a glove”. I loved it right away. It wasn’t too high so getting in and out was easy and the power seat adjusted for a perfect fit. We had other 3 other manufacturers to check out before I felt like I could make an informed decision. Henry was understanding and my husband and I both appreciated that. No “hard sell” tactics which was so refreshing. It was 2 days later when we returned so I could drive the Crosstrek again to make my decision. Henry remembered us and the car we test drove (impressive). Purchasing the car was so easy. None of that back and forth bargaining you think of when buying a car. We were paying cash so we worked with Henry and Ike Dean. I can’t say enough good things about both these guys. This is my first Subaru, which my son has been pushing for years, and I finally bought because of its towing capacity. The Outback Touring XT has the sweet spot of 3,500 towing pounds. But when I saw it a for years, and I finally bought because of its towing capacity. The Outback Touring XT has the sweet spot of 3,500 towing pounds. But when I saw it and drove it, I was awed by all aspects, the power, solid feel, beauty and detailing. The sales person, Mundo, was a smart and capable young man who handled everything professionally without pressure, and able to explain all the features. I did not intend to finance but after meeting with Jason, the finance mgr, the deal offered was too good to pass. Henry also helped out. They work as a team, no commissions, no competition between the sales staff. I believe Dean Team does things differently, and in a good way. None of the 'stuff' that turns people off. I strongly recommend this dealer and their people. More
