I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Hartford Toyota. I initially went to my local dealership, Hoffman Toyota, to inquire about a vehicle. I was left unhappy with the stale customer service and d Toyota. I initially went to my local dealership, Hoffman Toyota, to inquire about a vehicle. I was left unhappy with the stale customer service and decided to head to Hartford Toyota instead. I was happy with my initial phone call with Richard and decided it was worth popping in despite my previous experience at Hoffman. Once I got in, I was greeted by Richard and introduced to Henry who was both polite and sincere during my visit. I was able to test drive the vehicles I was interested in and discussed all other vehicles I hoped to inquire about. Richard was wonderful in terms of working with me on the financial aspect. I’m glad I was able to work with this dealership and look forward to working with them in the future. More

When we got there, no sale person was to help us. The front desk told we had to wait 30 minutes or so. Then Henry Montgomery came up and greet us. Henry was friendly and knowledgeable. This is my second car I purchased at Hartford Toyota. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Henry. He was very knowledgeable and genial.
