Our lease was ending. Mark Campbell and Liz gave us leasing and financing options. Mark was very helpful in helping us get a good deal and stayed late to get us our new car. I have been a long time customer of Toyota, but was the first time I have purchased a car from Millenium. I walked into the dealership with my dad who came for moral support and was warmly greated, I was first time I have purchased a car from Millenium. I walked into the dealership with my dad who came for moral support and was warmly greated, I was paired up with Merrick Morgan sales, he was eager to help me out with picking the perfect RAV4. Millenium had a huge selection, and working with Merrick and Anthony we all worked out a fair deal for all. Hector was the finance person who walked us through all our options and paperwork. By that time my wife and daugther joined us to seal the deal, we were in a rush, we were celebrating my daughters birthday that evening and everyone at millenium was understanding. I want to end by stating I am a first time buyer at Millenium, from the time I walked in to the end of my visit, I felt I was apart of a family and appreciated. The three names I listed, Merrick, Anthony, and Hector are the three primary staff members I came into contact with, but there were many more from the greeters to all that staff that were eager to help answer any questions I had. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! From start to finish we only encountered a polite, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive, staff. The team we worked with possessed great sales ethics & standards of practice!!! My husband and I entered Millennium Toyota in the evening just before 8pm and left by 11pm with the perfect vehicle (Toyota Highlander Sport), for the perfect deal, made by the perfect team (Nateishia, Anthony, and Hector). Please note their business hours ended at 9pm. Over the 2 extra hours they were helping us we didn't feel rushed to finalize the deal. After coming out of a very bad experience with another dealership it was a complete 180 with Millennium!! We feel like Millennium not only held true to a great offer, but we were treated as preferred customers! They got us into an even better model than we were looking for so we could keep all of the additional features we were used to having. We will DEFINITELY go back for future car inquiries and purchases in the near future. I can't wait for the opportunity to recommend this particular team at Millennium Toyota to friends looking for a new car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND working with this trio team when looking for your next vehicle. We can't thank them enough not only for the great deal, but also for making this a great experience. Walking in to the showroom we were met by Pat Marangello and it felt like we were seeing family. He introduced us to Mark Campbell who brought us to look at the cars. There was no pressure to make a decisio and it felt like we were seeing family. He introduced us to Mark Campbell who brought us to look at the cars. There was no pressure to make a decision and Mark answered any questions we had. He was very relaxed and never in a rush. Once we made our decision we had a few questions about extras. No matter how small the question he would rush to get us an answer. From there we met someone in the insurance department who was also helpful and then we met Hector to discuss the financing. He was also very helpful. We never felt rushed. Mark took the time to stay with us once the car was ready and explain all the new things that the car had. He was amazingly patient and caring. The whole process was very relaxing and we felt that our needs were very important to each person. More

I went to other dealership b4 i decided to go to Millenium Toyota. I'm still undecided what car to buy so i went shopping 4 few months 'n did my research. I've been searching and searching 'n went to Hyundai (tucson), Honda(CR-V) but i didn't like d salesman bcoz they won't give me or show me their invoice price. I went to Millenium Toyota and was greeted by Jennifer, i wasn't going 2 buy but i told her i was just looking around. I asked her if she can orient me to Toyota Rav4, i thanked her 'n she handed me her card 'n told me dat whenever i'm ready to buy,to just call her, she's very professional 'n knowldgeable 'n it made me feel at ease wid her. I'm still unsure which car 2 buy so i asked my friend 2 accompany me to shop around, i test drove her car(she has a toyota Rav4) 'n i fell in love with d Rav4, how it runs, d interior, i'm a simple person so base model 4wd is fine wid me 'n from dat moment i know what car i want 'n that is d Toyota Rav4. So i called Jennifer 'n made an appt. I went there this past labor day weekend 'n as u all know it was a very busy day weekend. We were greeted by few agents 'n offered their service. I met JENNIFER 'n she greeted us but since she was busy assisting other customer, instead of us waiting, WALLACE WATTS was assigned 2 us, he greeted us 'n i told him specifically what i was looking for, he showed us d Toyota Rav4 in their lot though i know their differences,i asked him to differentiate all d Rav4's model. He's very knowledgeable 'n professional 'n since this is my very first car, i'm not an easy customer to deal with, i'm very skeptical since i've read so many horrible stories from people who has had a negative experience from other dealership(NOT this dealership but other dealership)BUT my experience with MILLENIUM TOYOTA turn out to be a GOOD, POSITIVE 'n ENJOYABLE experience for me,from JENNIFER, WALLACE, 'n to HECTOR d finance manager, very friendly, made u at ease,very Professional, it's all positive experience.They answered all my questions to d best of their knowledge. I went there at 3pm, negotiated d price wid JAMES d manager n gave me a reasonable price, da paperwork, detailing, 'n at 8pm i drove my very first Brand New 2011 Toyota Rav4 4WD base model. I know they only opened until 6pm, b4 WALLACE 'n HECTOR left they Congratulated me 'n thanked me 'n at 8pm JENNIFER, (yes she stayed!)told me my car is ready 'n oriented me how everything functions 'n handed me my KEYS 'n CONGRATULATED me. I was so excited 'n Happy but i didn't show them:)I would like to THANK ALL OF THEM for their PATIENCE, PROFESSIONALISM 'n for that I'm now enjoying my Brand New 2011 Toyota Rav4 4WD. Only complaint was sent an online Price that wasn't correct to get us into the showroom. A number I confirmed before heading over there. Once there BJ was extremely friendly and pleasant to work with. If you do your homework ,straight forward & reasonable it shouldn't be a problem. It's a business the dealership has to make something. Hector the Fin.Guy was also great, tried different ways to save us $ on the fin. options. More

I went to Millennium Toyota after having a terrible experience at another Toyota dealership. Since Millennium was local we decided to take our business there instead. I did not know it but when I entered Millennium I walked up to the General Manager who was working at the front desk in the showroom. He is easily accessible to customers if they need his help. Nice touch for doing business. Without knowing who he was he said hello and asked if he could help me, I explained to him what I wanted and he assigned people to help me right away. He even took his time to work on something for us personally which I was thankful for. The credit was already secured through Toyota Capital Corp. by the place we walked out on and the offer we were given by Millennium beat the price of the other dealer and was within $ 5 of what we budgeted for a car. There were no hidden costs and no surprises. Millennium was very professional through the entire process. They didn't make any promises they couldn't keep and for someone who hates going through the process of buying a car I was impressed. Don't let the size of the dealership intimidate you. They are more than amply staffed and do many things to make the customers and families comfortable. The facility is modern and there is plenty of parking in their lot which is not overstuffed with cars and dedicated for customer parking. We were there at a very busy time and though you could tell the place was efficiently run I distinctly got the impression that they don't rush from one customer to the next. We worked with Fernando Gonzales in sales, Hector Maltes in finance, and Anthony the General Manager (I didn’t get his last name). I can't speak about the service yet but based on the sales experience I am anticipating that it will be good. If you live in the Nassau County area Millenium Toyota is worth taking a drive to if you are intersted in making a purchase. More
