Agreed to purchase a vehicle that we loved but it needed to have something fixed before we could take it home. I asked numerous times over the next week for a purchase order reflecting the correct down paym to have something fixed before we could take it home. I asked numerous times over the next week for a purchase order reflecting the correct down payment and really struggled to get any responses. Felt this was bc they wanted to prevent me from finding my own financing. A whole week goes by and as I'm driving already halfway to their dealership from an hr away they call and say we can't pick up the vehicle today because they found the oil cooler has a leak in it. We decided to back out of the transaction due to this even though they were going to fix it and offered a loaner for the next week. Should have had the vehicle in for the service much earlier than an hr before I was to pick it up. Did not feel valued as a customer at all. More

Shawn Baer was great! He kept everything very black a white. Told him what I was looking for, he gave me a few options (due to low inventory), test drove what I thought I would like, and found one. The service department is what really earned my business. They fought tooth and nail, doing everything they could to get a Hyundai motor to be covered under warranty. Due to the motor not being covered due to a previous car lots poor decision, I purchased a new car from Max Motors. The whole staff busted their xxx for me. Bought the car, did paperwork, service did an inspection, changed a cracked serpentine belt, changed the oil,did a full detail, and made an appointment to get the windshield replaced. I may have spent a good portion of the day at the lot, but at the end of the day it was very well worth it. I will be returning when I need a newer/different vehicle for the family. More
