Exceptional Customer Service Our family of 5 had recently been through some big changes in lifestyles. Eldest daughter graduated high school and now attending Western University. Our 2008 Veracruz was becoming high maintenance and my wife was travelling more. Initially we just wanted to trade in our Veracruz for a new Sante Fe and maybe an Accent or Elantra but we soon realized that dynamic just would not work... someone would still be without a car if Dad went on a trip. So, with the help and incredible patience of Cris Latis, we purchased 3 cars AND 1 for my mother in law who had been driving a Buick Allure for 8 years. The Buick was getting a little big to manage for her so with her joining in on this deal, we are now a 4 car family. Two Veloster Turbos and 2 Accents! Great deal and everyone now has wheels! Best Experience we had in 20 years!!! This has been the most amazing service we have ever got from any Finch Location in the past 20 years. My dad wanted to go in and see Hass Hijazi to help us out and unfortunately he wasn't there. But we did meet Chris Latis and i can't begin to tell you how wonderful he was, how patient and wonderful. He listened to what my dad wanted, he didn't push us to buy any vehicle (but gave his opinion and honestly when necessary). I was very impressed at the care he had towards our needs and not his. We found the perfect vehicle for my dad and Hass Hijazi found out my dad was in to buy a car and he worked very closely with Chris while he was away due to personal reasons (amazed me) - I appreciate the time and effort that was put into this deal from both. Their professionalism and kindness made me regain my trust in Finch. This location has wonderful People working for it and their customer service is exceptional. Their hospitality and attention is rare to find lately. Chris and Hass worked so well with me to make this a quick and a convenient. They worked around my schedule and truly took care of my father. Baldo and Hass made my purchase of my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited so easy I couldn't believe it. From the no-pressure negotiations on price (I go a great deal!)to the delivery I felt so comfortable with both Baldo and Hass I would recommend these two to any of my friends (and I have!) The subsequent service visits were just as easy and all the departments I've dealt with (Sales, Service) have been pleasant and professional. What a terrific dealership! Please keep it up as there aren't too many dealerships that offer such 'White-Glove' service! More
