Well, purchased a new car at Millennium Toyota and have been dealing with Haseeb the service guy. I can honestly say that Haseeb is above and beyond your average service dept. guy. He is friendly and genuinely cares and treats you kindly. Also, the job is always finished on time, usually sooner than the estimated time, and my Highlander continues to run flawlessly. Haseeb is a professional who knows how to treat a customer and makes the whole service visit experience a pleasure. More

Friendly team and great customer service ... prices too high I appreciate Haseeb's flexibility in giving me some breaks on the cost; but overall the cost to get anything done at Toyota would deter me from going I appreciate Haseeb's flexibility in giving me some breaks on the cost; but overall the cost to get anything done at Toyota would deter me from going there regularly. I only went because I had the free maintenance plan but then was told I needed a bunch of other things done. I am taking my car elsewhere to get those things done as it's less expensive everywhere else. More

Excellent!!!! This was my second time buying a car at this dealership. When I first walked in I was disappointed to find out that my last sales person was no longe This was my second time buying a car at this dealership. When I first walked in I was disappointed to find out that my last sales person was no longer there, but I was reassured that I would be in good hands with the next sales person. Johny Dietz was the sales person that came over to me. He was courteous, professional and patient with many questions that I had as I tried to decide which model would be best for me. I was looking at buying another Rav4 and had an opportunity to look at the three models available and make a decision without feeling pushed towards one model or the other. As we began to negotiate the vehicle manager Andrew Zammitto came over to assist with further questions and ensure that the next steps of the deal went thru smoothly. The next day my Rav4 was brought back to have a remote start installed and an alarm system. Hasseb Moughul was the agent that was taking care of my car. He was professional and friendly. Upon the return of my car I had a concern with the remote start and I was happy to see how it was immediately handled. Overall my experience at this dealership was far above excellent and I would highly recommend it to everyone. More

I called same day for appointment, they accommodated me. Service was excellent and done in a timely fashion. I asked for another appointment for recall service on my Toyota Venza and that was taken care of. Service was excellent and done in a timely fashion. I was greeted very cordially with no waiting on line. My service advisor expedited my paperwork, explained the charges and my car was ready when stated. The work was performed to my satisfaction and my car was washed before I drove away from the dealership. A great experience overall... : ) More

Overall, from the time I arrived, to time vehicle was serviced(10K Service) and ready (within 1 Hour), Service writer was very polite, and efficient. Overall, from the time I arrived, to time vehicle was serviced(10K Service) and ready (within 1 Hour), with Oil & Filter Change, Tires Rotation, and Wheel Alignment checked, that is definitely and efficient operation. Would I recommend Millennium Toyota for service, to other Toyota owners, a definite "yes". More
