I was dreading the process of buying a new car as a result of past experience with other dealers. We knew we were interested in a new Explorer and stopped in to see one Benson Ford had in stock. Luck result of past experience with other dealers. We knew we were interested in a new Explorer and stopped in to see one Benson Ford had in stock. Luckily, we met Harry Fisher on our first visit. He explained that the vehicle we saw and liked on the lot was ordered for a customer and was scheduled to be picked up the next day. He offered to take my phone number and would contact me if something changed. Just as he said he would, Harry called me three days later and said the vehicle was available after all. He helped us get the vehicle we wanted and coordinated the finalization with the manager Jon. These two gentlemen worked hard to answer all our questions and create an unexpected experience. How do I rate a dealership that doesn't have any new inventory, not unlike other dealerships today. I realize that in this new paradigm shift processes must be learned. Mistakes can be made. Who is held inventory, not unlike other dealerships today. I realize that in this new paradigm shift processes must be learned. Mistakes can be made. Who is held accountable? Ford whose focus is so zeroed in on electric vehicles that they can not support production of cars & trucks needed by loyal customers today? My order wait time was 115 days, how is that sustainable for Ford? The chip shortage? Guess which vehicle uses more chips-gas/diesel or electric? In a brighter light our salesman, Harry Fisher, performed well under these circumstances. During my (many)inquires regarding when my F250 would arrive, he did his best. Liked Harry, but very unlikely to repeat ordering any vehicle from Ford and that's sad. More

On a cool Saturday morning, we two walked along Benson Ford's new parked trucks gleaming in the sunshine and were greeted outside by Harry Fisher as we turned toward the lobby. He was personable and immed Ford's new parked trucks gleaming in the sunshine and were greeted outside by Harry Fisher as we turned toward the lobby. He was personable and immediate, with a disarming smile and mellow manner, walking with us along the trucks and asking our goals, then handed us the keys and waved us on for our solo drive. In his office very soon, he was friendly and upbeat, laughing with us as he entered information and took our data. He was confident and charming without being a creampuff-car salesman if you know what I mean. Gave me a keurig coffee made right at his desk. Mentioned his story here and there while keeping focused on us. We have been to Benson Ford for five vehicles in as many years. It's our car buying home. But my favorite person we have ever met there, many good people, was Harry by far. Yes, the dealership is great with beautiful Fords and efficient deal makings, good financing, bells and whistles in offered options, fresh surroundings, and very nice people to buy and get service from. I have never offered a review of a salesman before and do so now with pleasure because of the great experience we had as a couple with Harry Fisher. Thank you for taking such good care of us and being top notch. Thank you, Harry, thank you Benson Ford for hiring him and being our dealership. Go strong you guys! More
