All on one Accord I was impressed with my salesman from the initial meeting. He walked up to my car door and opened it to greet me. I felt like a VIP from the start. I wasn't even planning on buying a car at first. However, Harland Roberts was pleasant, courteous and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the products and features of the cars I was interested in. He took my information and help me to determine how much vehicle I could afford. This help to streamline what usually is a long process. After, I decided on a vehicle, I was introduced to the finance manager Jason Branch who worked with my small budget. Mr. Branch and Mr. Roberts made me feel like a VIP and they understood my car budget needs. This made me feel like we were all on one Accord with my Deal of the decade. Even though we did not meet face to face (mainly because of my busy schedule), He contacted me and when he didn't reach me, he did respond to any questions that I may have had during the time that I was inquiring about a new vehicle.
