I recently purchased a vehicle here...and had a very interesting experience. My sales rep (Perry) was fantastic - he communicated clearly and went out of his way to make the experience positive. His manager (Hans) was arrogant and insulting when I began a simple negotiation of the vehicle price. I fully respect a dealer's need to keep margins appropriate but I simply do not like being talked down to in the process. Hans gave me the feeling that unless I was a wealthy cash paying buyer I was wasting his time. After all, I was only spending a measly 60k. Perry kept me engaged and in the end he was the only reason I purchased here. I will refer friends and family to Knauz but with one huge caveat: Work only with Perry and be prepared to pay a bit more for the "privilege" of buying at Knauz. More

As an addendum to my review of Perry Lerman who provided excellent service, I was remiss by not including Hans Kribbel who offered attentive service by providing a full disclosure of options. Perry is great! He is friendly, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile (with manager Hans Kribble) to see that I got a good deal on a beautiful 2012 Mercedes GLK. Lots of bells and whistles on this car, and Perry patiently taught me all the technology. When I needed a remedial "class", he didn't hesitate and happily went through all the details a second time. When I promised him I wouldn't bother him again, he said, "no no - I WANT you to call me!" That's service. I think I am a Knauz customer for life. More

Josh Aleksis came out to meet us with a smile. He willinging answered our questions and tried to find the answer for us. He remained supportive throughout the process of the purchase experience. Hans Kribbel provided balanced feedback on the vehicle choices we drove without pushing us to one model. He was supportive of Josh as our primary salesman. Denise Duet was the loan officer who helped me at the end with the car financing. MECEDES BENZ financial services declined my loan and my hopes of owning the car was nearly shattered. However, Denise Duet was able to find me a loan that was pallatable to make the purchase come through. I am thankful to Josh, Hans, and Denise for facilitating my purchase of the beautiful Mecedez Benz GLK350. More

This was my first luxury car purchase; and, what a positive and wonderful experience it was. I started out with Adam Ricco; BMW representative. Adam is a no nonsense kind of guy; and, such a pleasure positive and wonderful experience it was. I started out with Adam Ricco; BMW representative. Adam is a no nonsense kind of guy; and, such a pleasure to work with. When I decided to purchase the MB C300; without hesitation, Adam walked me over and introduced me to Dennis Santi. Who was also very professional, knowledgeable; and, OMG funny! (I didn't steal any of your jokes yet :) When it was time to present the numbers; Hans, by far the BEST! Thank you so much. We made the transaction happen; and, that was it. No games, no hassles, no back and forth, etc. This was an excellent buying experience for me. In which Knauz Continental Autos strives to achieve. Knauz by far; exceeded my purchase expectations’. Denise, "the finale" did an exceptional job explaining products & the optional warranty, etc. Lastly, I am hopeful when I am in need of any type of service/maintenance, my experience with Knauz; as expressed above, will be nothing less than fair and exceptional as well. Went to Knauz Continental Autos because I saw a good looking 2011 Black Mercedes Benz E350 online. I was pleasantly surprised to see the large autoplex that Knauz owns with all the different car dealer looking 2011 Black Mercedes Benz E350 online. I was pleasantly surprised to see the large autoplex that Knauz owns with all the different car dealers they have. I made an appointment with Perry and he immediately greeted me at the door and was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. He was able to answer all my questions without hesitation and took me for a nice test drive of the car. I liked Perry's style because he was not overbearing in his sales pitch, but was able to explain everything about the car that me me feel like this was going to be the right purchase for me. Of course, I had done extensive research on the car and had already been to a handful of other Merecedes Benz dealerships. I can tell you hands down that I was able to get the best car for the best price compared to all the other Mercedes Benz dealerhships around town. Perry, Hans, and the other sales manager (his name is slipping my memory now) really went above and beyond to give me the best possible deal which made my wife and I feel really great. I have now owned the car for over 3 weeks and love it! I stopped by Knauz recently and the sales team treated me just like a VIP. Perry took my car through the car wash as a friendly courtesty and I certainly appreciated his great service. I will be highly recommedning Knauz Continental Autos to all my family and friends! More

My buying experience with Dennis, Hans and Denise at Knauz was quite positive. Their professionalism as well as friendly and attentive service outshone 2 other area Mercedes Benz dealerships. The difference between dealerships was vast and distinct. First, they answered my email and returned my phone calls promptly. Secondly, they addressed all of my questions, even though my first question was price! I knew I wasn't buying a go cart but I still wanted to know the number. It is, after all, my money. They didn't avoid the inquiry, rather, they gave me an answer. Therefore, I wasn't ignored as with the other the two other dealerships. To the other dealerships, that's called respect. I will return to Knauz for future auto purchases. Many thanks and continued success to Dennis, Hans and Denise. More

This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. The staff was very straight forward about the deal. I felt no pressure at all. Knauz is the best luxury car dealership we ever experienced. The first visit, we thought their showroom open till 9:00 pm and arrived at 7:55 pm. Turned out they should be closing at 8:00 pm. Regardless, the sales manager (Hans) and sales consultant (Dick) greet us and answered all our questions and even test drove a MB ML-350. By the time we left, it was already 9:30 pm. Their professional ethic towards work is exceptional. Their price is excellent also, never pushed us to buy anything. They think on behalf of the customer and established a mutual beneficial sales/customer relationship. After comparison shopping, both of their service as well as price won the competition. I am super glad to buy from them and will recommend more people to go there. More
