No surprises on any count. Pick up was punctual, feedback from the service department was timely and costs were within reason. Did not jump at the chance to sell me more tires after my concern for tire ware was expressed. Vehicle was returned on time and not only washed but essentially detailed with all the bug debris removed from the wind shield and body. More
