At the end of the day, he took all the time needed to ensure a pleasurable experience. What makes this remarkable was hank was not the actual sales person (I'm sure did not receive a commission) as I purchased the car from the ny store so he was just doing somebody in ny a favor . As soon as we started talking I felt a very comfortable feeling. He is there for you without pressure and does everything he can to make a deal happen for you. After we decided to purchase our car we asked to be able to take it home the same day and Hank made it happen staying with us well beyond closing.
