Service that aims to make it right!! They did what was necessary to make sure I was pleased with their service. Easy, low-pressure, professional car dealership GP I visited Landers Dodge to look for a hard-to-find Ram 2500 Mega Cab. They helped me find exactly what I wanted (already on the lot!) and offered to I visited Landers Dodge to look for a hard-to-find Ram 2500 Mega Cab. They helped me find exactly what I wanted (already on the lot!) and offered to search nation-wide to get one in if they didn't have one. Waylon Wakefield took care of me and I would highly recommend him to help you with your car needs as well. Answered every question (a Ram expert) and took his time to make sure I was comfortable. Great manager as well, honest and up-front. Joe Brown was also a pleasure to work with in the financing end of things. Bottomline: Great experience, low pressure, highly professional! More

Fantastic personnel to deal with Very respective Prior to this visit, I had decided to never use this dealership again. I had a bad experience with the sales transaction on buying my 2014 Jeep, Prior to this visit, I had decided to never use this dealership again. I had a bad experience with the sales transaction on buying my 2014 Jeep, and was not pleased with the service department. After meeting Russell Jackson, this all changed. He made me feel very important to the purchase of a 2017 Jeep and I was very pleased with his concern in correcting my problem with the sales and service dept. Great person to work with in sales. FOUR MONTHS LATER I AM STILL DEALING WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY HAVE PUSHED US TO THE SIDE AND DON'T GIVE A xxxx. BE VERY AWARE OF THESE CROOKED xxxxx*S THEY WANT YOUR HARD EARNED $$$$$!!!!
