Hamzeh was amazing, love me new Jeep! My experience with Bettenhausen was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. My experience started when I submitted a request for pricing online and My experience with Bettenhausen was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. My experience started when I submitted a request for pricing online and received a follow-up from Sonata within an hour of my request being made. She gave me excellent insight on car availability and worked hard to make sure I was aware of all the rebates that were available for the Grand Cherokee I was looking at. As a result of this, I was able to save a great deal thanks to a tremendous deal that Costco provides to Costco members, well worth it to get a Costco membership if you don't have one! I came into the dealership, and Sonata was currently assisting three other customers, so she cordially handed me off to the very capable Hamzeh who went absolutely above and beyond during the entire experience. I told Hamzeh the car I was interested in, and he had me test driving it within two minutes. I was trying to decide between a V8 engine and a V6 engine and Hamzeh did a tremendous job answering all my questions regarding the differences between the two vehicles. He also went to great lengths to show me the ins and outs of the car and all of the fancy bells and whistles it possessed as well as how to work pretty much everything. He happily answered every question I had and displayed knowledge that showed the high level of expertise he possessed. He has a true passion for the business, a trait you don't find very often in the car sales business. His excitement about the car got me excited, he's a true asset to the Bettenhausen team. Once we decided on the V8, Hamzeh went to great lengths to locate the specific model I was looking for as Bettenhausen did not have the color I was looking for available on the lot. He was able to locate one very quickly from another dealership and actually went out of his way to go pick it up himself so I could drive it home that night. This is a level of service that you just don't find very often. He had already worked a full day since 8am but was willing to stay until 7:30PM (hours after the store closed) to make sure he was there to hand me the car keys and set up my phone on UConnect. I can't say enough good things about him, and I really do hope the Bettenhausen team appreciates him as much as I did. Bottom line is that this dealership is the atypical place to buy a car, with excellent prices and excellent sales people who don't put pressure on you and make you feel uncomfortable. I will definitely be back to see Hamzeh for my next ride, and I will happily be telling all of my friends and family members to visit him the next time they need a new car. More

Simple, hassle free, no nonsense! Visited this dealership last Saturday on a whim. Was. Immediately greeted upon arriving and left alone when I said was just looking. As I walked the lot and showroom I found something that I wanted to look at closer. Found a gentleman named Hamzeh. Asked him about the vehicle, told him I'd like to drive it. He told me to have a seat, offered me refreshments and had the vehicle pulled up for me. He Told me to take it for a spin. So I did. . Shortly after I was signing papers. . Hamzeh did not push me in to anything and Answered any questions that I had. He was even able to get the price where I needed it to be. This was the simplest process with zero pressure that I've ever had at a dealership. More

Hamzeh and Bettenhausen are the best!! I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Bettenhausen CDJ and my salesman Hamzeh. They were a shining light in what I would consider one of my I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Bettenhausen CDJ and my salesman Hamzeh. They were a shining light in what I would consider one of my darkest and worst car searching experiences of my life. I had been searching for my new car for almost a month now and in that time dealt with some pretty shady dealers in the process (one even sold a car out from under me after I had signed paperwork and put money down!). So, naturally, when I got to Bettenhausen I was on edge with dealers in general. Boy did they put me at ease. Hamzeh was extremely friendly and courteous. He made me feel right at home the instant we met. As a matter of fact, he had the car pulled up front, with my name on it, and he was waiting right outside for me when I arrived. And it wasn't the typical salesman swarm when you pull in and you can tell that all they care about is adding some digits to their paycheck. Quite the opposite actually. Hamzeh was very enthusiastic but not overly forward. It was like as if a good friend of mine was there to show me this awesome new car he had. I didn't feel any pressure at all and Hamzeh made every effort make sure I felt welcome. You can tell that he, along with the dealer itself, really care for their customers. Just to show how awesome they are let me tell you about an issue I had with my financing. This issue had nothing to do with the dealer as I actually showed up with my own financing that I wanted to use (which they had no issue with). Well turns out that the financial institution I chose to use (Nationwide, DO NOT use them unless you like dealing with issues) for some reason, unknown to me, decided to cancel my loan (without letting me know they had done so) and not send the payment to Bettenhausen. Now any other dealer would have been hounding me daily asking for their money, but they were very professional about the entire situation. They worked with me and my financial institution to get everything straightened out and even though it took nationwide 2 WEEKS to get them paid, they never became unprofessional or threatening in any way. I can honestly say that I was extremely embarrassed about the whole financial debacle Nationwide put us through, but Hamzeh was always reassuring and showed me that not all dealers are alike. Not all salesmen are alike. Hamzeh and Bettenhausen has earned a customer for life and I will be sure to tell everyone I know that they are the place to go! Thank you Hamzeh and Bettenhousen! More
