Female shopping for her first car What started off as just browsing ended up with me driving away with my brand new honda accord. I walked into Honda and Haitham was the first to gree What started off as just browsing ended up with me driving away with my brand new honda accord. I walked into Honda and Haitham was the first to greet me. He walked me over to his desk where he asked me questions about what I was looking for in a car and what I had seen or known about Hondas. As a female white absolutely no knowledge of car lingo, I was very pleased with how well Haitham explained everything to me. He immediately suggested the accord and civic for my needs. Even though I had some push back, he even got me test driving both models. He showed me the features and benefits, and differences in both models. I was very happy to hear that a lot of the features such as rear view camera and Bluetooth are standard in every model. Since it was my first car purchase he was very patient with me and my million and one questions and concerns. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Haitham. Being that I am too in he customer service industry I appreciated the fact that he made me feel like he was a friend rather than a car salesman. Most importantly I am very pleased with my car choice. Honda was the first dealership I visited on the strip and I never even made it to any of the other dealerships I planned on visiting. Looooooooooooove my new car and Most certainly recommend Visiting my new friend, Hiatham. More

The courtesy and professionalism of Haitham Elkholi was outstanding!!! From the moment we met, he put us at ease. There was no hard sell which as you know will make people leave the showroom. Instead, he sat with us, MADE US COMFORTABLE and asked what we were considering and what our needs were. He proceeded to show us first hand what the differences were between the CRV's and showed us each one. Taking time and patience he found exactly what we wanted. As the Kona coffee metallic brown color was not on sight, he had it brought in . During that time all paperwork, insurance information and credit requirements were done. It arrived that afternoon and is perfect. Amanda was then brought to me and showed me the workings of the new CRV . She was remarkable. Pleasant and very thorough. She knows her stuff! Just a note: Think that you should have a Kona Coffee Metallic color car in the showroom. It's beautiful. Our experience here at Woodside still is the best in Queens. This was our second purchase here and we will be back. Thank you so much. Great Job!!! More
