The service is excellent and the people are friendly and helpful. I purchased my new Malibu last July and have had it in for service several times regarding a scheduled oil change and some relatively minor helpful. I purchased my new Malibu last July and have had it in for service several times regarding a scheduled oil change and some relatively minor warranty work. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. Oh, and then there's the time I backed my car into a dumpster and needed the bumper repaired. The work came out beautifully. You couldn't tell there was any prior damage. I would like to light up a cigar in the lounge area while waiting but I guess I'll just have to settle for the excellent coffee. More

Just purchased a 2024 traverse! Guillermo Was our sales representative he was kind and friendly he took his time and answered all of our questions we had. We were indecisive between a couple of vehicles but that did not stop Guillermo from pulling up the vehicles for us and letting us go on test drives. He treated us with respect and wasn’t pushing us to hurry and make a decision or that we were wasting his time. When we went back to the finance department and met Jeff he was understanding and knew what we were trying to be at with our payments and helped us out tremendously and explained in detail all the different options they had and it all made sense we will always use these 2 guys at Chevy !! More

The On Star reception on my 2023 Malibu was erratic. As it turned out I needed a new antenna for my car. A new antenna was ordered and installed. It's been several days since installation and the system appears to be working fine. As usual, everyone in the service department is friendly and helpful. The coffee in the lounge area is excellent although there still aren't any doughnuts. Oh well, I guess you can't have everything. I'll just have to settle for their courtesy and excellent service.
