Guillermo from finance finalized all the papers in a smooth transaction answering all of our questions. I will recommend others to visit this location. James did a fantastic job finding the right vehicle for my son. Also, the fact that they have a bilingual staff is a plus. It was worth the drive from Tampa:) More

Dealership experience I was recently in the market for a new car and searched several dealers before going to Universal Hyundai. Our sales person was Ernie Plaza and thanks I was recently in the market for a new car and searched several dealers before going to Universal Hyundai. Our sales person was Ernie Plaza and thanks to him I am driving a brand new Elantra. He is a very genuine and very modest young man. He listened to my needs and was very patient throughout the process. Through my years of car buying experiences this was one was the best and the smoothest. Let me start by saying that I have personally bought 3 cars from Kevin McGill and I have sent him over 10 people that have bought as well...all of which are extremely pleased with their experience. I wouldn't trust anyone else other than Kevin for my car buying. He is very honest and won't talk over your head. Whatever the poster before me didn't like about Kevin or the dealership, I can probably guarantee that it was the customers fault and/or misunderstanding. I work for Disney and am in the customer service department for Disney's reservation center. One thing I know, is when people are sincere...Kevin is a sincere person that is always looking out for Universal's customers. I can't say enough good things about him or the dealership. If Kevin was to ever leave, my wife and I would purchase wherever he goes. More
