After talking to Jose on the phone, the next morning we accidently got to the lot an hour before they opened. One of the finance staff (Greg M.) went out of his way to help us out: he showed us the car we were interested in and answered a bunch of questions I had. Once Jose showed up (still before the dealership officially opened), Greg handed us off to Jose and our purchasing process continued. Thanks to Greg for being so helpful.
