When we went to Toyota of Cleveland in McDonald, Tenn, we were just going to "look". When arrived we were greeted with a friendly guy named Gregg Bain. Of course salesmen are always friendly when they thin were just going to "look". When arrived we were greeted with a friendly guy named Gregg Bain. Of course salesmen are always friendly when they think they are going to make a sale. But early in our experience with Gregg, we felt no pressure from him. He wanted to hear from us on what we wanted to look at. He didn't try to sway us into looking at vehicles that we showed no interest. After test driving a couple of models, Gregg gave us time on our own to decide what we wanted to do. And coming together with a deal,we feel we were offered a good price for our 8 year old Avalon. We didn't have any pricing hassling that we had experienced at other places. We drove away feeling good with the friendly experience we had there. And Gregg Bain has sinced called our home 2 times in less than a full week making sure we are still happy with our purchase of our new Avalon. More

When I bought my camry at Toyota of Cleveland, Gregg Bain was very helpful in helping me find the car I wanted and negotiated the best price I could ask for. Overall a good experience. I felt the purchase of my previous Toyota had a better price. This was a little high in my opinion. My previous purchase was for the same model and the same age/mileage as t previous Toyota had a better price. This was a little high in my opinion. This was an awesome buying experience. I never felt hassled or pressured. Felt like I got a real good deal and I love a good deal. Before visiting Toyota of Cleveland, I spent weeks reading reviews of Camrys online. I visited several dealerships and looked at the inventory before deciding on a purchase. I made up my mind that I reading reviews of Camrys online. I visited several dealerships and looked at the inventory before deciding on a purchase. I made up my mind that I would only spend a certain dollar amount and I was not going to pay any special handling fees, delivery charges or other unexplainable charges. On the day I made my purchase, I went to Toyota of Cleveland only to get a cash price for the Camry I wanted. I had planned to visit three other dealerships and obtain the best cash price before making a purchase. However, I never left Toyota of Cleveland. I was very surprised that they didn't play games. They gave me their 'rock bottom' price and it was lower than I had anticipated paying. I was very pleased with the price they quoted me. My sales person was Greg Bain. He was very knowledgeable about the different options on the cars. He was 'down to earth' and I really enjoyed meeting him. I will definitely recommend Greg and Toyota of Cleveland to my friends and family. They earned my business and trust. More

Gregg was one of the best sales people I have ever worked with! He was very attentive to my needs in my new product selection, he worked very hard to get my trade value from the used car manager, and he wor with!
