I can't say enough,, dealing with Greg Yeoman and Brian Cruz was easy and too the point! The deal I got on my Rubicon and trade-in was nothing short of "Top Notch"! Third purchase from Cleveland Crown and satisfied as always. Greg helped us with all of our questions. We went in pre-approved and left with a better rate. Good Experience Good experience. Nice and fair people. Everything went pretty smooth. The only thing that could have been better was the time I had to spend at the de Good experience. We had agreed on all the details of the car (purchase price, fees, etc.) a few hours before I drove to the dealership to close the deal and it still took a while to get all of the paperwork done after I got there. It would have been better if this did not take so long to get the paperwork compiled and signed. Greg was good. Followed up with me when he discovered there was a second key to the used truck I bought. Nice guy. More
