We went to see Greg regarding a test drive of a '21 Santa Fe Hybrid. We arrived on time; Greg had a more junior sales associate, Ty, actually take us out on the drive. Greg was busy, but attentive ... noting the specific trim level and colors we wanted to see in the new vehicle, which was not in inventory. Greg introduced me to Jason, the Sales Mgr. upon departure. Everything was easy, straightforward and low-key. I've since received follow-up from one of the assistant sales managers regarding a potential dealer swap. The story continues ...
