DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP'S SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!!!! I purchased my vehicle new from this dealership (2017) and brought it in very EVERY service required and even other things like alignment etc. The ma I purchased my vehicle new from this dealership (2017) and brought it in very EVERY service required and even other things like alignment etc. The maintenance/service was covered for first 3 years or 35,000 miles...these visits were oil changes and supposedly checking my vehicle out for problems or issues. I had the car in right at the 35,000 miles in July of this year (2018). Not one time on any "check up" did the service department mention that my brakes were getting worn or that I might want to have the brakes checked soon... NOTHING AT ALL!!!!! Then I heard a noise around 40,000 miles and took it in. Now I needed new brakes and rotors and around $1,000 with worth of service. Now of course it was no longer covered however the issue I had was why wasn't this mentioned before? I might also add that every time I went for my service I had to deal with the service manager by the end of the visit for some problem so I already had his name and spoke with him this past visit. I was more concerned with the fact that my vehicle needed brakes this soon AND I was never clued in. I left and went to another place to have my brakes repaired (a very reputable place that my husband has his Porsche serviced) and I was told I had absolutely no brakes left and that this doesn't just "happen" it has been an issue the brakes don't just all of a sudden all go out. BMW of Sarasota service department and BMW itself is a complete scam in my opinion. I have never had a vehicle to need brakes at 40,000 miles first of all and second of all a dealership like this in a retirement area like Sarasota Florida needs to be trusted, and there isn't any way I would or could recommend them to anyone. I hope that this review will save one person their SAFETY because my safety was jeopardized in a scam because they didn't want to cover it while it was under warranty. I also phoned the owner of the dealership or who I was told was the owner and explained this to their assistant and gave them a week to get back to me in any way before I began my negative reviews. That is how much they care. More

Three Screws Were No Match To Great Service I was driving my newly purchased BMW without a worry in the world when an alert popped up that there was "low tire pressure." Their response to my safety was immediate and I was back on the road with even a greater peace of mind. Thanks again, BMW of Sarasota. Exceptional service provided by your service team My daughter and her best friend were in Bradenton on a girls week before college begins when yesterday morning the car would not start. After a few attempts to jump it with no luck I had the vehicle towed to your location. Initially I waited for a bit to get in contact with someone but when I did (Greg Jones) was not only sympathetic but also placed urgency on the situation. The girls were to be traveling back home today and of course were in question as to what next. Do we need a hotel is my dad coming to get us were all thoughts running through their minds. After some diagnostic time Greg called to inform me it was a bad key fob and asked if I had another. I was able to next day the key and once it arrived my car was not only reprogrammed for the key it was also updated to the newest software. With no request on my part Greg informed me the whole procedure would be no charge. As anyone in my shoes would feel the question of what is this going to cost was at the forefront of my mind behind the concern for the girls. Greg’s communication was spot on and his personality is great. I wish I lived near your facility but I live in Charleston SC. I would tell everyone about your organization. Over 3 hours for scheduled service, gave me a loaner Jasmine is great and so is Greg service manager. Although it took 3 hours I was given a loaner. The holdup was getting the car washed.
