He profusely apologized for any inconvenience we suffered. Both my wife and I praised his efforts for the singular reason that he at no time proffered any excuses. In fact he took my obvious tirade as an opportunity to help his staff. Yes, he could have easily ignored the whiny tone of my review (it was the angry tirade of an old man), but instead took it as an opportunity to educate and prevent any future problems. In short I would have no problem with buying a vehicle from Frontier. More

The whole experience was positive and we came to a great agreement on price. The finance person, Chris Akopyan was also great. He didn't hassle me with any protection packages etc.. which has always been for me the worst part of the buying experience. Leon and Greg Irvin knew what I wanted to spend walking out the door and fully my offer. Can't thank them enough. If you want vehicle and experienced salesperson definitely go see Leon Kimelman!
