I would like to thank Greg Hess for making the process of buying a new vehicle so much easier. Greg was so patient with us. He didn't try and pursuade my husband and I to go in a different direction. We knew exactly what kind of car we wanted and he found it for us. I got in contact with Greg after filling out information online. It was over a month before we actually made it into the dealer. By then everything was already figured out. Within that month, Greg didn't push the process. He waited until we were ready. I will not hesitate to recommend my friends and relatives to Greg Hess. Greg and Sam are good at what they do! They had tons of variety and inventory to choose from and the sales rep, Greg Hess, was patient, honest, and knowledgeable of his profession. I think my wife and I must have driven 20 SUVs before we decided to make an offer on a 2011 Yukon XL. We traded in our older SUV and the whole process was quick, easy, and fair. Greg at Mark Christopher was one of the best car salesmen that I have ever dealt with. He was very curteous and kept us well informed of the entire sales process. He made it clear that was up to our decision on what we would like to add or not to add. Greg took us out to our Traverse and showed us all of the features and how to use them. I sent my original request through e-mail in the morning. At lunch time I decided to visit the lot to just see what colors were available and when I mentioned the internet the salesman sent Greg out to meet At lunch time I decided to visit the lot to just see what colors were available and when I mentioned the internet the salesman sent Greg out to meet me. Greg was very helpful, knowledgeable and straight forward. The next day I brought my wife out to see a vehicle and we may the decision to purchase a new vehicle. Trade in price was very fair and straight forward and finance person was very expediant in completing the paper work. More
