I want to commend Greg in particular and this dealership in general. Greg was extremely personable and helpful. I was also very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism by everyone I encountere in general. Greg was extremely personable and helpful. I was also very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism by everyone I encountered and to be honest, it is what made me decide to purchase a car from them over another dealership. There were other cars I liked equally well but the deciding factor was how I felt when I was at this dealership. The entire process was smooth and efficient from vehicle selection to when I left with my keys - approximately 1 hour after I made my decision. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. When I returned a week later for some follow up details my sales person wasn't there, but I was promptly taken care of by another gentleman who took the time to show me some additional features on my car I was unaware of. I'm very pleased with my purchase and look forward to dealing with this dealership in the future. More

I am also the Manager over 2 local DFW Gas Processing and Treating facilities, I have 15 employees with a vehicle fleet of 12. Several F-150's, a few 250's, 450"s, and a 550. I have been using FSF NRH for over 5 years for all my service needs regarding these vehicles and my own personal vehicles.
