The best car buying experience I've ever had and I could not recommend them enough if you're considering a Subaru. In fact we were initially looking at a Toyota, but the sales experience was so incredibly not recommend them enough if you're considering a Subaru. In fact we were initially looking at a Toyota, but the sales experience was so incredibly off putting that I decided to move on in my search and I'm glad I did. This was a no pressure environment, they did not try upselling us on anything, and they were more than transparent with us through the entire sales process. The benefit of going through Richard Lucas Subaru is they seem to have a wider selection (and network) than smaller Subaru dealerships. They were able to get me a car that was 200+ miles away and have it towed here at a price that nobody else could beat. Special thanks to Mike (sales), Ryan (service), Bill (explained amenities), and especially Greg (sales manager). I believe the experience we had was a reflection of Greg's leadership as the employees who worked for him emulated his overall positive, helpful demeanor. More

We played a little hard ball on our side admittedly, but Greg and his team were helpful and professional throughout every step. Once the deal had been struck, they moved things along swiftly, which was incredible because a lot of other dealers, when car shopping, tend to elongate the process and have you there for hours and hours. Richard Lucas Subaru tailored the new car (and buying experience) to my needs and they come at a high recommendation from me moving forward. More

Subaru wasn't my first choice, Telluride and Atlas were my leading choice. All 3 are great cars, but it was Nick professionalism that made me come back to finalize the deal. Greg was great too to finalize a great offer. Jay closed it all out with the paperwork. Great job, Lucas dealership for having Nick as part of your team. He made my decision to come back and do busy with Lucas dealership. As I was finalizing my paperwork, he had other clients that I would think felt the same, they went out to get a bite so they can deal with Nick when he finalized my deal. In the service business, its always people that make people come back. Also, Nick should be added as a checkbox with his picture for Sales. More
