I went to Palmetto Ford for an oil change and was assisted by Gregory Engert in the service department. I purchased additional recommended services for my car's milage including flushing and replenis assisted by Gregory Engert in the service department. I purchased additional recommended services for my car's milage including flushing and replenishing the coolant. Shortly after, my engine light went off due to there being little to no oil left in my car. While replacing the oil, the mechanic mentioned that my coolant level was very low. A different Ford Dealership confirmed that there was no way they could have completed the service and even called to verify that I had purchased it. Palmetto Ford charged me hundreds of dollars for services they did not complete and refused to rectify the situation. Save your money and your car and do not come to this dealership. More

My 26 year old daughter went in for service in May 2023, was charged 560.00. 2k miles later had engine light come on because she only had small amount of dirty oil in her car. Then we went to a dealership was charged 560.00. 2k miles later had engine light come on because she only had small amount of dirty oil in her car. Then we went to a dealership by us in the update and the Ford dealership said there was NO WAY anything they had listed in the sales receipt from Palmetto for was completed. They stole 560 from a mid twenty year old female. Shame on them!! Please learn from her mistake and do not ever give this dealership any business. The dealer contacted me and asked me to change my review. Everyone should know the expectations after their service Oil change - lasted 2k miles and engine light came on due to low/no oil, cabin air filter - 7k miles - industry standard is 15k-30k miles, coolant flush 7k miles - industry standard is 40k Their sales person Greg was irritated when my daughter didn’t want to do the service for over $1000. I am sure you can draw your own conclusions as to what happened. More

I scheduled a service appointment for Wednesday, was told that my car would be ready for pickup “Thursday afternoon”. Then it was Saturday. I called Saturday and was transferred to Bob. Bob is unfriendly and that my car would be ready for pickup “Thursday afternoon”. Then it was Saturday. I called Saturday and was transferred to Bob. Bob is unfriendly and unprofessional. After being told by my service advisor that I can pick up my car Saturday at 1 o clock Bob informed me that because it wasn’t his ticket it wasn’t his problem and I would have to call Gregg Monday. He was rude, cut me off, spoke over me and had a condescending tone. As rude as he was over the phone I’m sure he’s a pleasure to deal with in person. More

why bother having an online appointment maker ? made an appointment for my ford F 53 chassis on my motorhome. Why ? because they serviced it last time. Got an email with appointment date and time made an appointment for my ford F 53 chassis on my motorhome. Why ? because they serviced it last time. Got an email with appointment date and time and service agent. So, i show up and the wise Guys in the office where my service dude was says we don't work on motorhomes. I asked since when because i had it serviced there last time. I have a paper here with the info. he says well our computers do not know its a motorhome. My paper with Palmetto Ford all over it says F 53 chassis and motorhome. Just wanted an oil change. Chassis service not Motorhomes work. So, i am to believe this service agent this was assigned to does not get a report to know who is coming that day in what vehicle and what time ? if this is true, then why bother with the online service thing? Huge waste of time, cruddy way to be treated. They need customer service class. Horrible. More
