We agreed on a price and the transaction was frictionless. He was upfront on the price and flexible with my scheduling. My spouse decided to go with a newer car and ended up purchasing an MDX. He let us do multiple test drives and answered all of our questions. Everyone in the dealership was welcoming. Lots of refreshments, comfortable waiting room and nice showroom.
