When he couldn't salvage a magnet from my trade-in ( through no fault of his own) he ordered a new one for me and it will be delivered to me by mail! Great customer service, as I said, throughout!! I am happy to say that this past weekend we bought our second vehicle from Mazda of Elk Grove. Both of our purchases were quality vehicles at great prices. Garrett was never pushy, always mindful of our budget, and our vehicle needs. Grant was equally helpful when we went to finalize the purchase. Mazda of Elk Grove was very friendly. First, I called to get an offer for a new car and initially, there was no vehicle within my price range. Of course, this is to be expected. However, I worked with Jam get an offer for a new car and initially, there was no vehicle within my price range. Of course, this is to be expected. However, I worked with Jambert on a price and we eventually came to a nice deal on a CX-5. I felt that he had gone out of his way to make sure that I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. For that, he has created a loyal customer for the Mazda of Elk Grove. I would highly recommend working with him. The transaction went smoothly when working with Grant. The employees gave me piece of mind from the moment I walked in and made everything a lot easier than expected-- and that was honestly the only thing I took from here... oh, and my new Mazda 6 of course! The sales associates were extremely patient, understanding, and never once made me feel uncomfortable about buying a car. They were thorough with explaining everything and even helped me to get to a monthly payment I could afford; just going above and beyond to make sure I walked out of the dealership feeling good about my purchase. There aren't enough good things to say about this team at Elk Grove. Even though I live in the Bay Area, I still tell anyone who asks me where I got my car, that the drive out there is worth it if they're considering buying a car.. because it is! More

I was looking for a new CX5 on-line, and visited two Mazda dealerships within my area. Both dealerships contacted me via email, that was good!
