Although I gave 5 stars rating it is for the sales person cesar and the concierge team. The sales supervisor is the most rude, arrogant and don’t care about customers making the customer feel like their busi cesar and the concierge team. I put a deposit on a car. Gave this dealership a check. The dealership deposited the check, then electronically deposited the check. This resulted in a negative balance. I was so stressed...wondering how I'm going to pay for the checks I already sent out including my mortgage. This place really put a financial strain on me and now I have my checking account overdrawn. ONE WORD SUMS IT UP...AWEFUL!!! More
