I loved it that when I spoke with Graham to schedule the appt, and told him what I was looking for, he already had the vehicle pulled up front for us to see when we arrived for our appt. He was on time for the appt also. More

No hassle new car purchase. Was dreading looking for a new vehicle. Went here to look at the colors of the Honda Odyssey we where interested in purchasing. Had such a good expe Was dreading looking for a new vehicle. Went here to look at the colors of the Honda Odyssey we where interested in purchasing. Had such a good experience with Graham Faria, that we stayed to purchase the vehicle. I was nervous about purchasing a new car and Graham did an excellent job of making me feel calm. He listened to what we wanted and was more than willing and able to exceed our expectations of the vehicle (offered a trim level higher than we originally looked for) and gave us a very fair price for the higher trim level. The sales manager working with Graham was very friendly and open to working with us during this process. More

The Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I am so very happing with my total experience at Arrowhead Honda! Everyone that I came in contact with treated me not only as a valued customer, but l I am so very happing with my total experience at Arrowhead Honda! Everyone that I came in contact with treated me not only as a valued customer, but like a good friend as well. Renee and Lisa were awesome in the Sales Office! My salesman Graham was incredible! He gave me a very detailed history of the Honda Civic, and showed me how everything worked. I had mentioned to Graham that I would have to leave by at a certain time, and he had me driving very happily off the lot in record time! My day at Arrowhead Honda was simply marvelous!
