GLORIA BARABAN, WONDERFUL SALES LADY Gloria Baraban had previously taken care of me in purchasing a used vehicle. and she was wonderful. A problem arose, I returned to to the dealership Gloria Baraban had previously taken care of me in purchasing a used vehicle. and she was wonderful. A problem arose, I returned to to the dealership, Gloria and the Used car Mgr. were both concerned with the problem and took IMMEDIATE action and rectified it. Gloria was friendly, professional, efficient, and very concerned that I would leave a happy customer. I met Gloria as a customer and I feel that I left as part of the Crown family and gained a new friend in Gloria. I also was taken care of by Jennifer Polizza, who also was friendly, professional, efficient and patient in explaining the paperwork to me. She also made me feel that I was welcomed in the Crown family. More

I saw a different sales person first and he was terrible, I do not want to go into detail here because you would probably not accept my review. I told him that I did not want to deal with him. The second day I came back I had Gloria taking care of me. She was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicles she had available for me to see. We met quite a few times, she went out of her way to accommodate me. Crown is very lucky to have Gloria representing your Dealership. More
