DO NOT BUY OR TAKE YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE HERE! ! The vehicle we bought had a BROKEN AC INVERTER and the car had only 6,000 miles on it! It took them 2 weeks from August 15 to let us know that it ! The vehicle we bought had a BROKEN AC INVERTER and the car had only 6,000 miles on it! It took them 2 weeks from August 15 to let us know that it is broken. We are not given any update on when the part would come. Not a single call, we got a text (you can’t even reply) We are NOT OFFERED a reimbursement for a vehicle while they HOSTAGE my vehicle with NO UPDATE. We are left with NO CAR TO DRIVE. NO UPDATE. NO HELP! NO ASSISTANCE!! We had to call multiple times we were told on thursday august 24 that our advisor ROSA was ON LEAVE and NOBODY ELSE CAN ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS and we are met with nasty people to pick up. We are asking today august 31 when the part would come in, we are told by ASHLEY that it has to be answered by the parts department and just transferred me EVEN if the car is hostaged in the SERVICE department. The whole process is RIDICULOUS and something you would NEVER experience at honda or toyota. TRULY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE from a new hyundai owner. New car and broken with only 6000miles. They had our lives on pending on their terms and they didn’t care if we are being hassled for this unreliable vehicle sold to us. We had to take ubers and find another mode of transportation when we bought a car for convenience. DO NOT BUY OR TAKE YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE HERE!! More

To make you buy a car from their showroom they work like to earn 5 stars. Once the car is sold to you, the service department is very bad and never we will be able to reach them to get any solution for our to earn 5 stars. Once the car is sold to you, the service department is very bad and never we will be able to reach them to get any solution for our problems. No one to listen. Maintenance coverage package is a scam. For a flat fix we need to work like a detective. Better don’t step this place for car buying. Service team is important for a car showroom here it’s very worst. I really suffer buying a 2023 palisade from them. Hyundai claims department customer service people behaves very rude. They are arrogant. Hyundai can’t do anything as these showrooms were owned privately. Worst after sales support. I have so many bad experience on service perspective from this dealer. Be aware. More

I t was a pleasure dealing with Jayden Mingle who was my sales leasing consultant. He showed me several cars and patiently answered all my questions. I was very impressed with this dealership and did not feel pressured at all to buy or lease a car. We went for a test drive and the Kona is very comfortable to drive and you can see the road very clearly in this car, I enjoyed driving it to work today. I highly recommend Jayden Mingle if you want to lease or purchase a car, This was a very pleasant experience at this dealership. More

My 2021 Hyundai Pallisade had a powertrain failure in the middle of a highway. Hudson Hyundai refused to honor the powertrain warranty saying the failure was due to bad fuel.
