We had been looking at XC90s for months and spoke with numerous different salesmen at various dealerships. Gino, hands down, was the BEST salesman we worked with. We stopped at Wynn on a whim while traveling because it was on our way home. Gino won us over. He was eager to help us and find the exact XC90 we were looking for. We were so impressed with Gino that we decided to drive three and a half hours back to Wynn to purchase a Volvo through him! He deserves 10 stars!! More

I've always approached the buying experience with a "Vehicle first, Dealership experience second" mentality. The experience of buying this Volvo, at Wynn Volvo, has transformed that completely. I stopped into Wynn Volvo with a specific need for adding an additional Volvo to the family. After a very pleasant greeting in the lobby, I was introduced to a truly exceptional sales professional. Gino Lispi listened (and took notes) to what I was looking for and offered solutions that fit my needs. I left this dealership with 2 thoughts: I'd found the vehicle I needed and that I didn't have to / or want to go anywhere else. Gino's attention to details, taking ownership & accountability for delivering this vehicle and complete knowledge of the Volvo line was remarkable. We were emailed or texted on every step of the transaction. In wrapping this up; I was wrong in my approach. Initially we were pretty far apart in working a deal but Gino kept finding ways to get the sell price to a level we both could agree on. When I came to pick up the car, Gino had most of the paperwork complete and he spent all the time I needed to make me feel comfortable getting acquainted with all of the car's features. Overall this was a great experience and I would recommend Gino and the Wynn dealership to anyone in the market for a new car. More
